We take great pride in our customer service! We do not subcontract services and love to highlight our team’s expertise. Locally built and sold since 2012, you’ll be working with our actual Dutch Boy Barns team members from the sale to the delivery!
Our custom orders generally are delivered between 2-5 weeks after the order has been submitted. In stock buildings can be delivered as soon as 2-7 days after purchase. Delivery times can be greatly affected by seasonal weather conditions or product demand.
Standard setup includes blocking and leveling up to 24” off grade; additional blocks available for purchase.
It’s nice to have from 14’-16’ vertically and about 1’ minimum on each side of the building. For example 12’ space for a 10’ wide building. Be sure to check for any overhanging wires, tree branches, eaves etc that can be problematic. Drew, Chris and Kevin are highly skilled and have tons of experience. If you have any questions about access or any part of the delivery process, don’t hesitate to contact us.
We offer free delivery and set up up to 30 miles from our closest sales location. Deliveries beyond that range are quoted at the time of the sale.
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to confirm any permitting, setback or zoning requirements. If HOA rules are applicable you will need to check with them as well.
Yes. We do free custom color matching on our wood buildings. Bring us the color code and we will match to our premium Sherwin Williams paint colors. There is also no upcharge for shingle roofs. We have done many HOA approved buildings.
Rent-to-Own (RTO) requires no credit checks and is simply a month to month rental agreement that offers a pathway to ownership. Once the rental term agreement has been fulfilled you get the building to keep. No penalty for returns or early payoffs. See our “Purchase Options” page for more information.
On your rental agreement you’ll see the contact information for your rental company. Call, email or go online to the listed information to set up and manage your account. You will be able to see multiple payment options available to you.
All our rent to own agreements include a 90 Days Same As Cash option.
During the first 90 days, your early purchase option (EPO) price will be the Cash Price less 100% of rental payments made(not including any taxes or fees), plus tax and any unpaid amounts you owe us. The payoff must be paid by check, ACH, or money order, otherwise a convenience fee up to 5% may be applied.
Yes! We’re proud to offer the industry’s first 10-year warranty. Every building is constructed with premium LP® engineered products and backed by our guarantee for both materials and workmanship. This ensures long-lasting durability and peace of mind for years to come. Please note, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, alterations, or acts of nature. Any building that has been improperly maintained or modified may also be exempt from warranty coverage.
