By submitting a Move Your Shed request via our online form, you agree to the following terms: Liability: Dutch Boy Barns is not responsible for any pre-existing damages to the shed or property. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. Structural Modifications: Any building that requires structural modifications for the move will incur additional costs. These costs will be communicated and must be agreed upon before the move. Safety Assessment: Our driver reserves the right to reject any move if the building is deemed unsafe to move. Safety assessments are final and non-negotiable. Building Condition: The building must be completely empty and disconnected from any power, water, or sewer sources prior to the move. Failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation of the service or additional fees. By using our Move Your Shed service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
